Who delivers my order?
Bpost Pro delivers all Pollen orders. However, your order may be forwarded to your country's postal service if your order is placed outside Belgium.
When will my order be delivered?
Please allow between 3 and 7 business days for shipments within Belgium. For shipments outside Belgium, please allow between 7 and 14 business days.
What happens if I'm not home at the time of delivery?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the postman will drop off the package at the nearest post office.
