Alcohol-free Negroni: bitterness, sweetness, and aromatic depth

Craving a powerful, complex, and alcohol-free cocktail? Pollen Drinks' Negronita maintains the three pillars of the classic — bitterness, sweetness, and aromatic depth — thanks to carefully selected alcohol-free alternatives. The result: an elegant, structured, and incredibly satisfying cocktail.

Inspired by the famous Negroni born in Florence in 1919, this alcohol-free version captures all its complexity and character, without a drop of alcohol.

A brief history of the Negroni

The Negroni is an iconic cocktail born in 1919 in Florence, Italy. The story goes that Count Camillo Negroni, a lover of strong drinks, found the Americano too light. He asked his bartender Fosco Scarselli to replace the sparkling water with gin, and a mixology icon was born. Since then, the Negroni has become a staple in bars worldwide for its perfect balance of bitterness, sweetness, and aromatic complexity.
