An alternative for lovers of complex flavors.
A good alcohol-free Negroni must maintain three fundamental pillars : bitterness, sweetness, and aromatic depth. Therefore, we replace spirits with well-thought-out non-alcoholic alternatives.
The classic Negroni: The purists' cocktail
The Negroni is an iconic cocktail born in 1919 in Florence, Italy. The story goes that Count Camillo Negroni, an Italian aristocrat with a taste for strong drinks, found the Americano a little too light for his taste. So he asked his bartender, Fosco Scarselli, to replace the soda water with gin, resulting in this balanced and powerful cocktail.
Since then, the Negroni has become a staple in cocktail bars around the world, appreciated for its perfect balance of bitterness, sweetness and aromatic complexity.
