Alcohol-free Limoncelli Spritz: The light and festive alternative

A non-alcoholic Spritz must maintain its balance between sparkle and bitterness, while offering a thirst-quenching freshness. Non-alcoholic Limoncello brings that zesty, bright touch, perfect for a light and refined version.

A sparkling story

The history of the Spritz dates back to the 19th century, when the Austro-Hungarian Empire ruled the Veneto region. Finding the local wines too strong, Austrian soldiers topped them up with sparkling water, saying "spritzen" (to sprinkle in German). Over time, this custom evolved into an iconic cocktail blending sparkling wine and Italian bitters. Today, the Limoncello Spritz revisits this tradition with a bright, indulgent Mediterranean twist.
